141. SOE Epic Story Arc - Killing Dagan - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
By the time you get to the Dagan mission, you've made more than enough for a cruiser and likely have begun training into one. This makes the process easier and prepares you to go straight into L2 missions thereafter - which you'll need a Cruiser f...

In other words, whatever you want from the ORE store... just buy with ISK. The LPs aren't worth the trouble unless you happen to be living right there.

145. I almost had a really bad moment tonight. - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Warping off was the right thing to do... period. You ride out 10-15 minutes in the station, then head back in and finish. It's not complicated. The alternative is to stay and maybe lose your ship... which, if a battleship, will take a lot of L4s ...

147. Rifter Vs Kestrel - in Warfare & Tactics [original thread]
Rocket frigates are pretty beast right now, so there's not a ton that an auto-cannon/blaster fit frigate can do to them. I personally find the long-point, kiting Kestrel to be the better/more dangerous fit for 1v1. If you think the Kestrel is scar...

149. implants - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
What do you plan to do? If you're PvPing or are likely to be caught in it, keep the implants to a bare minimum - because you will get podded, and you will lose them. If you're running missions, hi sec anoms and/or other carebear-like activities.....

152. ISK income for a PVPer? - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
PvP isn't for making money. Except for the rare occasion when you pop a faction/Deadspace fit mission runner or a loaded indy, you're not going to get a big haul. Running sites and anoms is where I make my money... which I use to support my PvP ...

Of the player factions, Gallente and Amarr have the best looking ships. Minnie ships look like something I made out of scrap metal and white glue (with a few exceptions). Caldari boats are pure functionality, so not really mean to be pretty.

154. How profitable is null sec ratting? - in Warfare & Tactics [original thread]
Null ratting is VERY profitable, though there are some factors to consider: 1. The security level of the system in which you're ratting. Specifically, the lower the security, the higher the likelihood of high-bounty ships and faction/hauler/offic...

158. SoE Epic Arc - in EVE New Citizens Q&A [original thread]
Worthwhile to do this arc. Most of it can and should be done in the dessie you get from tutorials. For the last couple missions, get a cruiser. The time it takes to do the arc allows plenty of time to train towards cruisers.
